CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

RETURNS

We DO NOT accept Returns/Exchanges/Refunds.

Because we want to give our customers the feeling of wearing a Brand New Jewellery Product.

We do not want that our customers wear Jewellery Products that might be worn or returned by someone else if we allow them to return.

In case of damages incurred at the time of delivery, you will have to send us a picture of the said damage, along with order number within 24 hours of delivery time.

If a damage has occurred (and is verified by our team) we will take it up on a case to case basis and inform you about next steps. Only after receiving a confirmation from our end about processing/repairing said damage, will the piece be accepted as a “return”.

Please do not remove Tag from Jewellery, if you want to refund / replace the product as per our Refund Policy.

A Return Pick-up of the shipment will be arranged (Only eligible within India) from our end if that service is available for the said pincode. If your pincode is not eligible/feasible for a return pick up, the shipment has to be couriered to us at your own shipping cost. In Either Case, the product needs to be packed back well and sent in the same shipping & courier boxes that you received them in.

A pick up for services/damages is not available for International shipments. Damages are likely to occur in International Shipments during Customs check. If it does, please do send it to us in any way feasible at your end and we will do the needful.

Once we receive the product and the damage is validated, you will be informed about next steps.

If the damage is irreversible, we will offer you a free replacement of the same piece, If a similar piece is available or a similar can be remade, the damaged piece will be replaced. If not, you can choose any of the other stock items of the same value.

Each product has been updated with multiple pictures and details. Please go through all of these before placing an order with us. Please feel free to contact us and ask us for additional info, more pictures if need be.  These concerns will not be considered as a valid reason for return/replacement/exchange after you receive the product. 

ORDER CAN BE CANCELLED FOR THE BELOW REASONS

  1. If the order has any technical glitches.
  2. Any order placed during the website update which has led to changes in the price or its content.
  3. When the stock is unavailable or may take time to produce.
  4. Any other reason that the company may find relevant from time to time.
  5. The decision of the Chhogada Jewellery is final in this regards.

 

We DO NOT accept Returns/Exchanges/Refunds except in the circumstances listed below:

  1. If the product is damaged.
  2. Packages lost in transit.
  3. In case Chhogada Jewellery discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you then in such case, the seller will do a full refund of the order placed by you once the wrong item is received back by the buyer.
  4. In either case, the product delivered to you needs to be packed in the same manner in which it was received by you containing all the packaging material and information tags that were received along with the product with the jewellery tag attached.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method within 15 working days.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Sizing issues. Please review size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  2. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  3. Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  4. Minor weight issue in products. All Jewellery are manufactured in bulk and also handmade. We can inform you weight range in grams on the product detail page for ease of jewellery selection. So, There might be some variation in weight.
  5. If the Jewellery is not faulty or damaged.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS :

  1. Silver Coin, Silver Bar, Gold coin, Gold Bar, customized jewellery, gift cards, and engraved items will not be accepted under any circumstances as Returns / Exchanges / Refunds.
  2. We are not currently accepting any Returns / Exchanges / Refunds on the product(s) delivered outside India.
